Josh Welch

Josh joined our team with over a decade of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, where much of his military career was focused in Military Intelligence. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in intelligence gathering, critical analysis, and operational planning, all of which translate directly into his work in the investigative field today.

Following his service in the National Defence, Josh further expanded his professional background through roles in project management and private security, gaining valuable experience in coordinating complex tasks, managing risk, and operating within fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

Josh has been a key member of our team for several years, working as a surveillance investigator on a wide range of files out of our Halifax, Nova Scotia office. His ability to remain patient, observant, and detail-focused in dynamic situations has made him a highly effective investigator in the field. His investigative approach is driven by a natural curiosity and a strong passion for problem-solving, allowing him to uncover critical information while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
In addition to his field work, Josh supports operations within our Eastern Canada Division, contributing both investigative expertise and administrative support. His combined field experience and analytical skillset make him a valuable asset to our team and to the clients we serve.
