From standout student to national leader, Kristine Lukanchoff’s rise at The Smith Investigation Agency Inc. has been nothing short of exceptional. After beginning with us as a Private Investigator student, she immediately stood out—combining sharp analytical thinking with the professionalism and discretion our clients expect. Drawing on years as a successful entrepreneur, Kristine brought operational discipline, client-first service, and a results-driven mindset to every case.
Licensed soon after completing our training, she quickly excelled in the field as a highly skilled Private Investigator. It wasn’t long before her leadership potential was undeniable. Today, as Director of Operations, Kristine oversees surveillance operations nationally for The Smith Investigation Agency Inc., coordinating complex files, elevating standards, and ensuring quality and compliance across provinces. She helps lead our coast-to-coast team of investigators, strengthening case strategy, mentoring staff, and championing best practices that consistently deliver clear, court-ready results.
