Maddy brings a wealth of experience from her work with Smith Security Inc. and Training Centre Canada. While she does not work directly on investigations with The Smith Investigation Agency Inc., she plays an essential role in supporting students and staff with our training programs. Her expertise lies in ensuring a seamless learning experience, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding students along their training journey. Maddy’s approachable nature and proactive problem-solving make her an invaluable resource for anyone navigating our training platform.
Faith and community are central to Maddy’s life. She enjoys attending church events and spending quality time with family and friends. An outdoors enthusiast, Maddy loves off-roading, snowmobiling, swimming, and bonfires. Often sharing these adventures with her husband and close friends, she balances her professional life with a rich and active personal life.
