Stephanie Moir
Stephanie Moir was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, and from a young age she was known to be particularly inquisitive. Following a ten-year career as a Developmental Services worker, Stephanie joined the field of private investigations in 2014. In previously owing her own boutique agency, she has significant experience working with insurance companies, lawyers, and private clients in conducting specialized surveillance investigations.

Stephanie has worked with various investigative companies across Ontario, before working independently and prides herself on customer service and quality investigations with every case she works on. She has developed her career working with large insurance companies and law firms where she provided expert advice during litigation and has assisted in saving clients’ tens of thousands of dollars with false insurance claims.
Prior to joining the Smith Investigation Agency, Stephanie took a 3-year pause from the investigative industry to work in the field of compensation where she was able to further develop her skills as a compensation specialist. When returning to the investigative industry, Stephanie sought out a company whose values aligned with hers, Integrity, Accountability, and Quality.
