We partner with Heart to Heart CPR, which operates in the following Ontario cities: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Whitby, Oshawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, Thunder Bay, and Ottawa. If you live outside these areas and cannot attend in person, you may be eligible for a refund. Use this form to submit your contact details, preferred training location, and dates. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

This step is for viewing date options only. You have already paid us for this training. If you register directly with them as well, we cannot issue refunds or apply discounts.
